Golgotha Reshade 1.00

A moody, cinematic Reshade preset for Resident Evil 2. Darker shadows, stark lighting, and rich colours for a more dramatic atmosphere.

Installation:

• Download the latest version of Reshade (4.1.1 or above)
• Run the installer
• Choose \steamapps\common\RESIDENT EVIL 2 BIOHAZARD RE2\re2.exe
• Select DirectX 10+ as the format
• Install all of the default shaders when prompted
• Extract the .ini from the mod archive into \steamapps\common\RESIDENT EVIL 2 BIOHAZARD RE2\
• Start the game
• Press Home to open the Reshade console (go through the tutorial to see how to add your own blank .ini)
• Select Golgotha Reshade.ini from the drop-down menu above the shader list
• Close the console and play!

You can set an effect toggle key in the Settings tab of the Reshade console if you wish to turn the effects on and off on the fly. You may also wish to go into the game settings and recalibrate your vanilla brightness if you find things are now too dark for your taste. I created the preset on slightly higher than recommended vanilla brightness to ensure I could see colour and shadow variations properly.
