So I did install the mods and stored them alongside with the 1.01 update inside a directory "/data/Rvillage/" so I can install and delete the mods with PS4-XPLORER but that doesn't work it can't reinstall the update or the mods

No, it doesn't work with the newest update/dlc. It's probably because the mod comes with the 1.01 update?
