Now you don't need ps4cheater to enable the dev/debug menu in The Last Of Us. I made these updates with the help of a thread that vicodin10 made over on nextgenupdate. All you have to do is choose one of these updates and install it to have access to the debug menu and it's features (given that it has the same game-id CUSA00556).

-Made changes to the icon and used the same Dev Menu sticker found in the Uncharted 4 icon to make it easier to distinguish between modified patches and non modified one's.
-Also made a dev patch for 1.00 for anyone who might have any cheats that are exclusive to that version of the game.
-Credited Vicodin10 in changeinfo.
-Added basic instructions on how to use the dev/debug features in changeinfo (application patch history).
-Managed to use the supplied hex values from vicodin10 to pinpoint where to change the values in 1.09 and it worked.
-Credited Vicodin10 and added instructions in update history for 1.08 and 1.09.
