I feel like I should provide the downs of themes so that there aren't problems later on. so here is the warning to the people who want to install themes.
Warning: if you are going to update CFW and/or Atmosphere you have to uninstall Custom theme first to revert to the stock theme. you must do this Before you update. if you dont do this you will come across a black screen ( similar to brick But not a brick ) you can easily fix that problem by deleting 2 folders in the SD card associated to the theme, also with tegraRCMGUI. the two folders you must delete are 0100000000001000 and/or 0100000000000811 folders in sdCard:/<your cfw>/titles
there are NXtheme themes. these are the best themes as they can be installed in 6.2.0 CFW and Above.
If you are below 6.2.0 dont try to install these themes
important note: I have not read a single report, problem or issue about any theme bricking a NS. if you follow my 2 advices above you should be fine theming the NS.
Now that the small issues have been explained I will post a nicely done guide
Installation:
1. Download the latest installer and from https://github.com/exelix11/SwitchThemeInjector/releases Extract the zip file and put it in the "switch folder" in you SD card
Now for themes
1. Create a folder in the root of your SD card called "themes"
2. download a theme you like ( on you pc)
3. Extract the zip files, then Copy the contents of the zip onto the Theme folder you just created ( on your SD card)
4) Now put SD back inside your switch. boot it up. then open homebrew menu and run Theme installer
5) browse to the folder you created called "themes"
6) you have to install all files inside the folder ( or you can choose individually )
7) now choose ( reboot to payload) and that's it
How do you go back to the boring stock theme is simple
open NXtheme installer and click on the "unistall theme" and your switch will reboot and thats it
