I tried and succeeded in the game A Tale of king (FF15) as guide!
I had trouble getting Re-marry game files "ni no kuni 2 cusa09243" and "Double Dragon IV CUSA07236".
For example: Try on 6 cheat Ni no kuni 2. The results have errors:
[Debug] 2019-10-18 07:41:45 Create image Process started.
[Warn] The required file is missing (sce_sys / changeinfo / changeinfo.xml). The created package will not be imported into GEMS.
I test on :

Hello JgDuff, can you give the link to download the FPKG to Download Bloodborne Goty for the good MD5. I already 4 links and no one of the them work for the MD5.

If your MD5 Checksum are not in the list, you need to "Remary" the "Cheats.pkgs" and the "Back To Normal.pkg"
with your personnal full game backup. (The two need to have the same version)
If the cheats need "Integrated Update", you need to integrate your "Update" into your "Full game backup" before
remary "Cheats.pkgs" & "Back To Normal.pkg" with the "Full game backup" you have created with update inside.
